You, Lucky Orange’s new Customer Service Representative, will be the welcoming voice and smiling face to our customers as you troubleshoot their problems and funnel it to our support, sales, or department teams if necessary. This requires self-motivation, a calm-under-pressure personality, and a drive to solve client problems utilizing the latest technology.

A Day in the Life

  • Answer customer calls, chats, and emails while maintaining a high-level of professionalism and establishing a positive rapport with each customer. Typical calls may include
    • billing issues
    • product problems
    • service questions
    • competitive advantages
    • general client concerns and questions
  • Review, analyze & route help tickets to Sales, Support, and/or Development pipelines.
  • Lead demos/webinars as needed
  • Liaison between Leadership, Development, Sales, and Content teams to keep all teams informed of ongoing user trends and feedback
  • Transform into a "Lucky Orange Expert" to assist and educate users on the benefits of the platform
  • Help improve the company’s bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers
  • Identify the decision makers for high-value leads and routing this information to Sales

What You’ll Need:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in a related field
  • Microsoft Office suite awesomeness
  • Ability to work in a (relaxed) office setting during typical working hours (9 AM - 5 PM), Monday thru Friday
  • Mad skillz in written and oral communication
  • Mr. Miyagi-level ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
