At Lucky Orange, we know how daunting it can be for business owners, advertising and marketing agencies and website operators to figure out why people aren’t converting on their website. We create “A ha!” and “Oh wow!” moments for our customers by helping them understand how visitors are interacting with their website so they can create better online customer experiences that help close the sale or generate leads.

Our platform helps our customers uncover insights that allow them to increase website conversion rates, solve hidden user experience challenges, and interact directly with their customers to answer questions, resolve issues and keep them coming back for more.

We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team. As Lucky Orange’s new Account Manager, you’ll be the welcoming voice and smiling face to our customers as you troubleshoot their problems or route them to our technical support and sales teams if necessary. This requires self-motivation, a calm-under-pressure personality, strategic thinking and a drive to solve client problems using the latest technology.  


What’s a day in the life like?

Putting customers first is always our priority, but we’re known for having a relaxed, playful environment at Lucky Orange. On a typical day, you’ll find our team members helping customers, devising growth strategies, writing code and working with partners. We’re a work family that likes to take time to get to know one another better, challenge each other to a round of Mario Party or Super Smash Bros and recognizing one another for a job well done.

As the newest account manager on our team, your day will likely include:

  • Managing and supporting enterprise accounts through regular touchpoints via phone calls, website chats and emails, while maintaining a high-level of professionalism and establishing a positive rapport with each customer
  • Strategic planning
  • Identifying product enhancement or bugs
  • Recognizing client upsell opportunities
  • Transforming into a "Lucky Orange Expert" to assist and educate users on the benefits of the platform
  • Relating competitive advantages of Lucky Orange to customers
  • Handling general client concerns and questions, i.e. admin issues, billing issues, etc.
  • Meeting and exceeding account retention targets
  • Demonstrating features of Lucky Orange technology through live demos/webinars
  • Liaising between Leadership, Development, Sales and Marketing to keep all teams informed of ongoing user trends and feedback
  • Improving the company’s bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into happy cheerleaders

What does it take?

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of experience in a related field/account management
  • Microsoft Office suite awesomeness
  • Ability to work in a (relaxed) office setting during typical working hours (9 a.m. - 5 p.m.), Monday through Friday
  • Ability to inform, educate and delight customers through written and oral communication
  • Zen-like ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
